Deposits and withdrawals
How the first deposit and cash-out work, in rand
The bonus is only half the story. Here's how to handle money in and money out without surprises.
Last checked: 2 November 2026
Your first deposit in ZAR
The welcome bonus matches your first deposit by 100%, up to R5,000, with a R50 minimum to redeem the deposit coupon. R50 is the minimum for the coupon, and R5,000 is the amount that earns the full R5,000 bonus. Enter the promo code SIGNUP100 when you redeem the coupon.
Check the cashier for the current deposit and withdrawal options before you deposit. We don't list methods, fees or timings because they can change, and the casino's own cashier is the right place to see them.
What to check before you tap Confirm
- The amount is the one you planned, in rand.
- The promo code is entered, and the coupon is the welcome one.
- You've worked out the playthrough with the calculator.
- You've seen any fees or limits listed in the cashier.
- The account is in your own name, because only one active account per player is allowed.
What your balance means after a deposit
Deposit R500 and your balance starts at R1,000: R500 yours and R500 bonus. The playthrough is R1,000 x 15 = R15,000. Until you've finished it, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
| You deposit | Balance | Playthrough |
|---|---|---|
| R50 | R100 | R1,500 |
| R500 | R1,000 | R15,000 |
| R5,000 | R10,000 | R150,000 |
Withdrawing
You can't take bonus funds out until the 15x wagering is complete. After that, follow the withdrawal steps in the cashier. We can't tell you payout times, limits or required documents, so read those in the cashier before you start playing, not after you've won.
A tip that saves headaches: keep your details consistent. Use your real name and the same details everywhere, and check the casino's instructions if you need to correct anything.
A worked first deposit
Say you decide on R300. You enter SIGNUP100, deposit R300 and receive R300 in bonus funds, so your balance is R600. The playthrough is R600 x 15 = R9,000. If each R10 bet counted in full, that would mean 900 bets. That's an illustration, not a claim about game weighting. Check which bets qualify before playing, and remember your balance may run out first.
Money habits that help
- Budget in rand per week, not per session. Don't increase that budget to chase a losing session.
- Don't deposit borrowed money. Only money you can afford to lose belongs in a casino.
- Save your confirmations, so you can check them against your bank statement.
- Check withdrawals before playing, including any conditions that apply to funds linked to a bonus.
Keep proof of each deposit
Save the confirmation, amount, date and payment reference after you pay. A screenshot can help you remember what the cashier showed, but keep the matching record from your payment account too. Store these privately so you can find them if something doesn't add up.
If your balance hasn't changed and you're unsure whether the payment succeeded, don't immediately repeat it. Check the payment status and use the casino's own help pages. Explain the amount and date clearly, without sharing your password. This guide can't access your account or move money for you.
Separate your budget from your bonus balance
A bonus balance isn't money set aside for bills. Set a deposit limit before opening the cashier, and use account limit controls if they're available. Write down your own limit as well. Reaching it means stopping, even if the wagering total still looks a long way off.
Keep one active account only, and don't combine promotional offers. Before requesting a withdrawal of bonus funds, finish wagering and check the cashier's current instructions. Look for any remaining conditions rather than assuming the whole displayed balance is immediately available. If something is unclear, ask before continuing to play.
